We’re proudly based in Ottawa, and all our products are made and decorated right here in Canada. That means you're getting quality goods without the long wait or surprise border fees.

Shipping Details:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping across Canada takes 2–7 business days after processing.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Sale or custom items (including artist collaborations and embroidered designs) are final sale unless defective.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at hello@caneh.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you instructions and a return address.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

Exchanges: Want a different size or design? Just return your item and place a new order—we’ll handle the rest.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll replace or refund as needed—no hassles.
